Kriska is dedicated to employing the safest, best-trained drivers and employees in the industry.

Safety & Performance Bonus Program

Our Safety & Performance Bonus Program, initiated in 2009, recognizes safe and professional Kriska operators with cash incentives. Each quarter, every operator who has remained accident and incident free for three months receives a cash bonus deposited directly to their account as recognition of their professionalism.

Kriska drivers stay safe with:

• Monthly driver and Joint Health & Safety Advisory Committee meetings
• In-house driver simulator
• In-house Safety & Performance Bonus Program
• Industry leading CVOR
• Participation in the Commercial Tractor Trailer Driver Apprenticeship Program (one of the largest single employers in Ontario to participate)
• 16 driver trainers (provide minimum 6 weeks in cab training)

Yearly refresher courses keep operators up to date on:

• New regulations (US and CDN)
• Existing regulations
• Safety & compliance
• WSIB
• In-house procedures
