Kriska Transportation has been selected by the Truckload Carriers Association (TCA) and CarriersEdge as a winner in the annual “Best Fleets to Drive For” contest and survey.  The Best Fleets to Drive For survey and contest identifies North American for-hire trucking companies that provide the best workplace experiences for their drivers. 

Company drivers and owner operators were asked to complete a survey on their employers which included the following categories:  total compensation package; health benefits; pension plans; professional development opportunities; advancement opportunities; commitment to employee personal growth; commitment to continuous improvement; team-building activities; turnover rate; and fleet safety.
